The processing time varies depending on the product and can be found in the respective product description.

However, it's usually 3-7 business days. For products made especially for you, it's 5-15 business days, as everything is carefully crafted and packaged by hand. Shipping within Switzerland usually takes 2-5 business days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will of course receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Note: If you order multiple items with different processing times, shipping will be based on the item with the longest processing time, as we ship everything together in one package.

Most of the products in our shop are lovingly handcrafted—with a lot of heart, patience, and attention to detail. A few items, such as accessories (e.g., glass straws or lids), perfectly complement our handmade pieces and are carefully selected to maintain quality and style.

Many of our products are customizable—for example, glasses, keychains, or certain decorative items. The product description will indicate whether personalization is possible.

Since almost all products are handmade or personalized and made especially for you, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days – together we will find a solution.

So that you can enjoy your treasures for a long time:

• Glasses & straws: Hand wash only - not dishwasher safe.
• Jewelry & earrings: Store in a dry place, do not wear while showering or sleeping.
• Candles & decorative items: Do not leave in the sun for long periods of time and keep away from heat sources.
• Epoxy resin & acrylic products: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth – do not use harsh cleaners.

Most of our candles are intended as decorative candles due to their unique shape, but you can also light them anytime you like.

Please note: Place them on a fireproof surface and never leave them burning unattended (see our safety instructions for more information).
