Shipping Policy
Shipping service provider
Shipping is carried out exclusively by Swiss Post .
1. Delivery area
We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein . Shipping abroad is not yet possible.
2. Delivery time
- Stock items / immediate purchases: Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.
- Handmade, custom, and personalized products: Please note that delivery times may be longer due to the custom manufacturing process. Depending on the order volume, processing may take approximately 5-15 business days. We will inform you of the exact delivery time in your order confirmation.
- Please note that delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases (e.g. holidays, high order volume, external postal delays).
3. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.
- For orders over CHF 180, shipping is free.
4. Local pickup
Free pickup in Studen is also possible upon request. Please contact us in advance by email.
5. Transport damage
If items are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery person and contact us immediately.
6. Undeliverable shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the additional shipping costs.
